NEOM CEO Nadhmi Al-Nasr has secured the third position in Forbes prestigious "Most Impactful Real Estate Leaders" list

This recognition underscores the crucial role played by Nadhmi Al-Nasr in the giga-project in realizing the goals of Vision 2030, such as expanding the private sector and creating job opportunities.

With 23 Saudi individuals making it to the list, the Kingdom had the second-highest number of entries, showcasing its substantial investments in the real estate industry, as stated by Forbes. The publication emphasized that governments, corporates, and semi-government developers are actively investing in real estate projects across the region, particularly in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and the UAE. These projects are expected to greatly contribute to the growth of the regional construction sector in the coming years.

Al-Nasr was ranked below Mohamed Alabbar of UAE-based Emaar Properties and Talal Al-Dhiyebi, the CEO of Abu Dhabi-headquartered Aldar Properties.

The rating system for this list is based on various factors, including the financial performance of the company, the value of completed projects, the reputation of project delivery, and the land bank units held by the developer. The list encompasses companies from nine countries in the region, with the UAE leading the pack with 33 named companies, six of which are in the top 10. Saudi Arabia follows closely with 23 companies, while Egypt takes the third spot with 20 companies in the ranking.
